Frequently asked questions
How do I claim my listing?
Open your listing's page, select "Claim this listing" and confirm your email address. We check that you run the business (an email address at your website's domain helps), mark your listing as Verified, and start sending you quote requests from your service area.
What does Verified mean?
It means we've confirmed the listing is managed by the business itself. Customers see a Verified badge, and quote requests for your area can be sent directly to you.
Does claiming change where my listing appears?
No. Verification doesn't move your listing up or down. It only confirms ownership and lets us send you quote requests.
My business isn't listed. Can I add it?
Yes. Use the same form, tell us the areas you serve and the equipment you offer, and we'll review it.
Can I update my listing information?
Yes. Tell us what's changed (service area, rental types, contact details or description) and we'll update it.
